Between city center and suburb — on the path to a resilient settlement. Together with the mayor, we chose a site south of Charmilles Park, between two distinct neighborhoods: the dense village of Matha and the detached houses of the newer extensions.
The aim: to merge both worlds. Community and proximity from the village. Privacy and gardens from the pavilion type.

A system of lightweight concrete partition walls forms the base. It allows flexible layouts — suitable for densifying existing plots or building anew.
Aligned with the ZAN goals to limit sprawl and soil sealing, we propose construction on already sealed ground — reusing and upgrading what is there.
